Exchange and Return Policy

Terms and conditions of exchange and return:


  • The customer must provide the required documents (photos + video + order number) to complete the exchange/return process.
  • The customer bears "all expenses" of the shipping cost if the customer wishes to exchange/return without a defect in the product or order.

This will be within 24 hours of receiving the request.

  • The customer must return only the product to be replaced/returned, and in the event of returning all products, the Siri team will accept and receive only the product to be replaced/returned, and the remaining products are sent to the customer again, and the customer bears the shipping cost.
  • The product must be in its original condition with all accessories for exchange and return.
  • Replacement is for guaranteed products - and the customer bears the delivery cost depending on the region.
  • Replacement and return: In the event of a defect in the product, the store shall bear the return costs, provided that the store is notified of the defective product within a day of the order being delivered via WhatsApp. The order number and a picture and video of the defective product are also stated.
  • The customer must package the product with all its accessories well to ensure that it reaches us correctly and to prevent any defect from occurring due to poor packaging. If this happens, the customer’s right to exchange/return will be forfeited and the product will be returned to the customer and the shipping cost will be charged to him.
  • After the shipment arrives, the team inspects the received products and specifically verifies the problem mentioned in the exchange/return request. If it is found that there is no defect in the product, the customer will bear the shipping cost depending on the region.
  • The delivery time for orders takes from 1 day to a maximum of 14 days, as stated in the e-commerce regulations, provided that the information entered by the customer is completely correct. If the order is delayed more than that, the shipping company will bear all damages.
