Cancellation and refund
Cancellation of the request is divided into two cases:
The first case : the customer asked the store to cancel the order before it was shipped .
Action taken based on payment method:
Apple Pay: The order is canceled directly, the basket (the electronic payments service provider) returns the amount to the customer's account, and the Siri store has nothing to do with the amount (the amount did not reach Siri).
Mada: The order is canceled directly, the basket (the electronic payments service provider) returns the amount to the customer's account, and the Siri store has no relationship with the amount (the amount did not reach Siri).
Credit card: The order is canceled directly, the basket (the electronic payment service provider) returns the amount to the customer's account, and the Siri store has no relationship with the amount (the amount did not reach Siri).
Bank transfer: The order is canceled directly, contact the customer service team and send the bank data so that Siri store returns the amount to the customer’s account within a maximum working period of 72 hours.
Cash on Delivery: The order is canceled directly.
The second case: The customer asked the store to cancel the order after it was shipped.
Action taken based on payment method:
Apple Pay: Don't pick up the order when it arrives, Siri will transfer the amount to the customer and deduct the shipping cost.
Mada: Do not pick up the order when it arrives, Siri will transfer the amount to the customer and deduct the shipping cost.
Credit Card: Do not receive the order when it arrives, the Siri store will transfer the amount to the customer and deduct the shipping cost.
Bank Transfer: Do not receive the order when it arrives, contact the customer service team and send the bank data so that the Siri store will transfer the amount to the customer and deduct the shipping cost.
Important note: The amount will be returned to the customer after the shipping company returns the orders to the Siri store and confirms that we have received them.
